CastRemix Terms of Service
Current service, media processing and account information for CastRemix.
These terms describe how to use the CastRemix workspace for reference-led video generation. The workspace may show a preview or unavailable state before live generation is connected. Use the contact page for the published support channel.
Your account and media
Use accurate account information and keep your login secure. Upload videos and character images only when you have the rights and the depicted person's permission for the intended use. A public social-media URL does not itself grant adaptation or likeness rights. Do not use the service for deception, harassment or unlawful impersonation.
What the workflow provides
Prompts, images and video references guide a generative model. Results may change identity, motion, hands, objects, backgrounds or camera movement. Exact face replacement, unchanged scenes, accurate product text and lip sync are not guaranteed. Review the entire output before sharing or commercial use. Concept illustrations and prepared briefs are not completed generation examples.
Credits and payment
The current quote is shown before a task is submitted and is checked again by the server. Reference-video duration can contribute to the quote. Credit purchases use one-time checkout when payment is available; a checkout return page alone does not establish payment.
The system returns reserved task credits when the provider explicitly reports failure. A completed result that does not meet a subjective preference still uses generation credits. An ambiguous submission is checked before it is retried or refunded. Credit refunds and cash refunds are different processes; contact the published support channel for a billing issue.
Processing and public examples
You retain your rights in uploaded material. You permit the processing and temporary service-provider access needed to fulfil your generation request, store private results and let you reuse your references. This permission does not authorise public promotion of your uploads. Public examples require a separate review and permission record.
Deletion and availability
Deleting a completed video removes its saved result. Removing a reference from a draft does not necessarily remove a previously uploaded server copy. Use the support channel for other media deletion requests. Account deletion and result deletion are separate actions.
External generation, storage and payment services can become unavailable. The workspace shows service status and task states so you can decide whether to proceed. These terms may be updated as the service and operator information are finalised; review this page before a new purchase.
