Presenter character remake

Prepare a visual remake of a presenter shot using a new character. Keep the reference simple so you can judge identity, framing and gestures separately. This brief does not provide exact dialogue or lip-sync replacement.

This is a workflow brief with a concept illustration, not a verified video result.

Prepare your references

A steady presenter shot

Choose a single speaker in a stable medium shot. A small head turn or simple hand gesture is a useful first test; rapid camera cuts make the result harder to judge.

A matching portrait

Use a well-lit photo with the face unobstructed. Match the reference angle and include shoulders or hands when they are important to the shot.

Up to 9 images and 3 videos. Upload MP4/MOV clips, each 2–30 seconds and smaller than 20 MB, with up to 3 clips and no more than 30 seconds combined. Check supported sizes and dimensions in the composer.

Make this template yours

  1. Choose a short video

Start with one performer, a clear movement and a steady camera.

  2. Add your character

Use a clear photo with a similar pose and framing. Mention each reference in your prompt.

  3. Generate and review

Check the quote first. Then review identity, movement, hands and scene consistency.

What to check in the result

  • Check identity during head turns, not only the opening frame.
  • Review shoulder shape, hand gestures and the edge between the person and background.
  • Add or replace dialogue separately only after the visual result is usable.

Character identity, motion, camera and background can change during generation. Exact face replacement, unchanged backgrounds and lip sync are not guaranteed. Begin with one short test before making a larger batch.
