Dance character swap
Plan a dance remake around one clear movement. A visible full-body reference and a compatible character photo give you a more useful first test than a long clip with cuts and crossing dancers.
Prepare your references
A readable dance reference
Use one dancer, visible feet and hands, and a short continuous move. Avoid a reference where the body disappears behind other people or leaves the frame.
A pose-compatible character
Choose a sharp full-body photo with clothing you want to keep. A front-facing standing pose is easier to compare with a standing dance than a tightly cropped face.
Up to 9 images and 3 videos. Upload MP4/MOV clips, each 2–30 seconds and smaller than 20 MB, with up to 3 clips and no more than 30 seconds combined. Check supported sizes and dimensions in the composer.
Make this template yours
- Choose a short video
Start with one performer, a clear movement and a steady camera.
- Add your character
Use a clear photo with a similar pose and framing. Mention each reference in your prompt.
- Generate and review
Check the quote first. Then review identity, movement, hands and scene consistency.
What to check in the result
- Compare the face and clothing at the start, middle and end of the clip.
- Inspect hands, feet, limb count and floor contact at the fastest part of the movement.
- Watch whether camera movement or background changes break the intended scene.
Character identity, motion, camera and background can change during generation. Exact face replacement, unchanged backgrounds and lip sync are not guaranteed. Begin with one short test before making a larger batch.
